Services We Offer at this Location

Overview - Camp Lakewood is a Christian camping ministry located in the northern region of Indiana about 40 miles north of Fort Wayne. Each summer, Camp Lakewood impacts the lives of over 700 elementary age students, grades K-5, and families through overnight camps programmed by Impact 2818 Outdoor Ministries staff and volunteers. Over 250 volunteers serve with Camp Lakewood each summer as volunteer counselors and directors.

Features - The Mammoth Swing, Indoor Climbing Wall, Indoor Rec Center, Twin Eagles Zip Lines, Low Ropes Adventure Trail, Archery, Kayaking, Beach Front Swimming, The Blob, Tubing, Beach Volleyball

Facilities - Churches, youth groups, campus ministries, adult ministries and a variety of user groups also use the grounds extensively. The site, lodges, features, and many other components are rented out for retreats, family reunions, weddings, church picnics, staff trainings, and more for groups of up to 150.

Lodging

Dormitory Housing

Weade Lodge sleeps 28 in two large dorm rooms. It has a commons area for eating and meeting, bathrooms and a full kitchen. Lakewood Lodge sleeps 28 in 4 dorm rooms, has 2 meeting areas and bathrooms. Both lodges also have fireplaces inside as well as a fire circle and picnic table outside.

Cabin Style

Nestled in the woods, our cabins are clustered in pairs of 2 and we have a total of 10 cabins (5 clusters). Each cluster shares a fire circle, two picnic tables and a central shower house is available with restrooms and showers.
