Impact 2818 Program Staff work collaboratively with teams of 4 volunteers (youth leaders, pastors, worship leaders, and other passionate individuals) to develop the individual weeks of camp at each of the Impact 2818 campsites.

Each week of camp, as a result of having a different group of directors, has a unique flavor. Most camps are developed around a similar schedule including program features, but the week’s curriculum, for example, could be different than the week before or after it. As directors brainstorm and come up with those “memorable camp experiences” each week of camp seems to take a mold all its own.
