Careers with an Impact...

Our Staffing Philosophy

In his book Good to Great, Jim Collins writes that great organizations get the “right people" in the “right seats” on the “right bus”. We ascribe to this as a core value in our staffing solutions.

Impact 2818 is Currently Hiring...

The Right Bus

Is Impact 2818 the Right Bus For You?

Our Mission: "We make disciples for Jesus Christ by nurturing transformational Christ-centered communities.

We do this by serving the local church by providing places and opportunities for people to encounter Christ and grow in their relationship with Him. Our staff work behind the scenes to set the stage and remove obstacles, allowing volunteers to focus on ministering to campers. We work hard, but most importantly we love Jesus and each other well.

The Right Person

Does This Sound Like Your Personality and Skill Traits?

Authentic Disciple: To be Impact 2818 staff you must have more than programming skill or leadership ability. You must first and foremost love Jesus. We look for staff committed to a growing relationship with Jesus Christ, seeking to follow His will for their life.

Servant Attitude: You must desire to demonstrate that love through serving others, including volunteers, campers, parents, and fellow staff. You must be willing to go above and beyond to exceed expectations of guests.

Adaptability: Camp is full of surprises. You must be flexible. You may need to make quick decisions and change plans to meet the changing needs of volunteers and staff.

Team Player: Serving at camp can mean long days and hard work. We look for energetic, positive-minded staff. From planning or management to washing dishes to cleaning toilets to mowing grass, all staff may need to serve in any aspect of camp.

The Right Seat

Do You See A Position That You Would Love?
